Welcome to High 5. Below you will find the introductory presentation given to teachers as part of their training in relation to the programme. Click on the screen below and you’ll hear a 25 minute audio presentation with accompanying slides.

If you are a teacher and have not had a chance to attend  any recent “face to face” training on the High 5 programme this presentation should help you get well on your way.  If you’ve had training recently, you may not feel the need to watch the presentation again. Instead , look at the other sections within “Getting Started” .

School Education Training Courses

The Highland Council Specialist Dietician, Health Development Officer and NHS Child Healthy Weight staff are on hand to to come and talk to school staff about the benefits and importance of the High 5 programme.  These sessions usually take the form of a 90 minute twilight session.
